All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are subject to delays outside our control. Once dispatched, parcels are handled by Australia Post and Unboxx.co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed items while in transit.  However, we will make every effort to assist.

 

Product packaging and contents may vary slightly from images shown. We may update our shipping terms at any time without prior notice.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Unboxx.co! We ship gift boxes Australia-wide and are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.
Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During peak periods (such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, or major sales), processing times may be extended. If any significant delays occur, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes (Australia Only)

We currently deliver to residential and business addresses Australia-wide, using

Australia Post.

Address Accuracy

 

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.

Unboxx.co is not responsible for:

 

  • Delays or failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Re-delivery fees if parcels are returned to us

If your parcel is returned, additional postage costs may apply to resend.

Delivery Issues

Once your parcel has been shipped and tracking is provided, responsibility for delivery lies with Australia Post.


Unboxx.co is not liable for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged items while in transit.

We will, however, assist where possible to help resolve any courier issues.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Australia Post may leave the parcel in a safe location if no one is available to accept delivery. If you require a signature on delivery, please let us know prior to checkout (an additional fee may apply).

Heat-Sensitive & Fragile Items

Some gift boxes may include chocolates or delicate products. While we pack your order securely, we cannot guarantee the condition of heat-sensitive items during warmer weather or unforeseen transit delays.

 

Refunds or replacements will not be offered for heat-related changes or minor cosmetic damage incurred during delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has begun processing or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if something needs adjusting, we will do our best to help.

International Shipping

 

We currently do not offer international shipping.

Orders can only be delivered within Australia.
